PASHA Bank is looking for a candidate to join our team as Senior Relationship Manager (Back Office Operations) – Financial Institutions in Treasury Department.

Responsible to Initiate, formulate, and implement business strategies to grow the Financial Institutions (FI) correspondence of the bank and actively manage a portfolio of correspondent banking relationships with international banks, financial institutions and investment houses.

Scope of position

• Review and nurture existing/new correspondent banking relationships with the banks & FIs in the assigned regions for better reciprocity / business and income generation.
• Arrange/support the bank's communication with rating agencies during annual/semi-annual review processes. 
• Review the Nostro & Vostro Account relationships that PASHA Bank has with the banks and FIs in the assigned regions for its effective usage and avoid the dormant status.
• Ensure the receipt of the Annual Reports from all the Correspondent Banks and FIs in the assigned regions and make use of the same on an ongoing basis especially during the annual / special review of the lines / limits set up against those banks.
• Monitor necessary reports & assure the accuracy of the entered information.
• Providing high quality of customer service by actively managing and developing a portfolio of correspondent banking relationships with international banks, financial institutions and investment houses

Required qualifications & skills:

• Bachelor’s degree related to Economics, Finance and Accounting 
• At least 3-5 years of Banking experience, preferably in Treasury, Financial analysis, Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Professional knowledge of banking products & balance sheet understanding CFA Level 1 is an advantage
• Good communication skills and fluency in English
• Proficiency in Excel
