Main Responsibilities:

- Project Management, IT staff leading (including Service-Desk team);
- Troubleshooting of problems on network/server/database levels including hardware and software problems;
- Analyzing of loads and optimization;
- Controlling 3-rd party companies works related with IT;
- Participating in the development, delivery, and supporting of new IT infrastructure systems, tools and technologies in accordance with IT Development targets/plans;
- Documenting infrastructure systems including hardware and software systems;
- Performing notification about business-affected problems on the infrastructure in time;
- Planning and performing preventive maintenance works;
- Performing regular backup of system and configurations files;
- Carrying out duties according to IT policy and procedures.

Position Requirements

- 5+ experience of IT Management in banking industry;
- Experience of design and management of large IT infrastructures;
- Master Degree in Information Technologies;
- Certified MCSE, VCP/VCAP, CCNP/CCIE, RHCSA, ODACP/OCE  specialists will be preferred;
- Fluent English knowledge (both written & spoken);
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
- Good team player.
