 Evaluate construction interventions for which housing loans have been used (30-50 client home visits)
 Review and adapt construction related training materials to reflect local construction practices (2-3 training sessions)
 Customize home improvement guides (do-it-yourself) to reflect local construction standards and practices, and locally available materials (5-7 guides)
 Develop training cases for local best practices in renovation interventions (plan, schedule and budget estimates) in: energy efficient renovations, exterior weatherproofing and finishes, space heating and domestic water heating systems, water and sanitation, treatment of damp and mold, windows doors and carpentry works, utility supply, internal alterations, internal waterproofing and finishes, kitchen and bathroom fittings and fitments (10-15 cases) 
 Participate in loan officer trainings as a subject matter expert in Azerbaijani construction standards and practices (5 trainings) 
 Document frequently asked construction related questions and provide Q&A document to support LO work
 Network in the construction sector and propose favorable partnerships/contracts in the construction sector
 Support and advise Branch Managers and Loan Officers in the more technically challenging construction interventions during the early phase of the project.
